PROTECTOR

Shanthi is Co-Founder and Protector of the Creador Foundation. She is also responsible for setting the Foundation’s strategic aims, providing the required leadership to put these aims into effect and playing an oversight role over the Foundation. 

Director - Schola

Maha joined Creador Foundation in 2021 and spearheads the Foundation’s efforts in three key areas, namely Education, Arts & Culture and Humanitarian Relief. She is also responsible for the Foundation’s flagship higher education access platform, Schola – a free, accessible and objective one-stop platform that guides Malaysian students as they transition from secondary school [post Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)] into their careers. 

Director - Multiply

Surya joined Creador Foundation in 2021 and is responsible for the foundation's flagship education programme, Multiply - an award-winning digital financial education initiative that has reached 1.3 million women from low-income households through innovative, engagement-focused content delivery. Surya was named a Global Change Maker in 2025 for his contributions in the Financial Education & Inclusion space. With 13 years of experience spanning research, policy advocacy, consulting, and program implementation, Surya combines rigorous evidence-based thinking with hands-on execution. He holds an MIT MicroMasters in Data, Economics and Design of Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

VICE-PRESIDENT

As the Vice-President of Finance at Creador, Siew Ching assists the CFO in overseeing the financial and administrative tasks of the firm.
